In reference to the unscheduled Power Interruption early this morning, this is to inform you the fault of the Interruption was a Busted Transformer at Puting Balas Talisayan, Misamis Oriental. Prior to the Restoration of Power was a Clearing Operation done at some part of the affected areas.

Power was restored at 3:00 P.M. this afternoon, November 5, 2019.

Please be informed that the UNSCHEDULED POWER INTERRUPTION we experienced today October 16, 2019 as of 10:54 in the morning up to 1:12 in the afternoon was caused by an UNCOORDINATED CLEARING of one Member Consumer which involved improper trimming down of Guma-Guma tree which subsequently struck our line in National Highway, Purok 5, Barangay Maanas, Medina, Misamis Oriental (in front of Maanas Basketball Court)

Some parts of Agay-ayan and Medina

On this note, we encourage the Member Consumer Owners to participate and coordinate with the coop for whatever line clearing activities in your area to avoid power outage incidents and promote safety. TO OUR VALUED MEMBER CONSUMER OWNERS:

This is in reference to the INTERMITTENT UNSCHEDULED POWER INTERRUPTION we experienced in Medina to Gingoog last October 15, 2019. Please be informed that what transpired was a transient disturbance of our 69kV line in Agay-ayan to Medina. Upon foot patrol conducted by our Technical Team, coconut palm leaves were seen touching the line. Due to the low clearance between the palm leaves and the line, it created a line to ground fault. Hence, the intermittent fluctuation of our power.

The said suspension was already repaired and replaced on the said day.

We are currently using the power supply from KEGI just to restore the power in Medina and some areas in Gingoog City. Our technical team is currently working on the affected power line. Power from the Grid will be immediately restored upon completion of all works and repairs.

This is an emergency interruption due to the unforeseen situation. Hence, restoration of power is yet to be determined. Sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused. Please be informed that we are experiencing undervoltage in some areas in Area 1 & 2 today May 11, 2019 due to the power outage experienced in Claveria since the Sugbongcogon Substation is currently supplying power in some areas in Area 3.

Please be informed that the power interruption we are currently experiencing since 4:30 in the afternoon, Oct. 14, 2018, is due to the explosion of some of our backbone line cut-out in Brgy. Agay-ayan, Gingoog City, brgy. mahayahay, cabug, Medina, brgy. Dangoan and Duka, Medina, due to the thunderstorm and lightning we experienced earlier. Another incident also happened in Brgy. Portulin near Brgy. Highschool, a fallen tree branch struck into our lateral line and caused tripping of our Agay-ayan, Substation. Our technical crew are now on works to restore the interrupted power line the soonest possible time, however, as of the moment we ask your apology for the inconvenience brought about by this incidents.

We restored power using island mode via KEGI and is expected to make change power back to grid line at 8:00 am this morning, September 22, 2018. Β Please be advised of a sudden power interruption for a maximum of 30 mins anytime now due to change of power.

Affected areas are entire Gingoog City, San Juan, Murallon, Tinulongan, Bakid Bakid, Lunao and Mimbuntong.

Further, please be informed that our crews are already dispatched and are working on to repair the said line. Target of power restoration is yet to be determined. Thank you.

EMERGENCY POWER INTERRUPTIONS
